Synchronizer Function

When shifting gears, it is necessary to maintain the same angular velocity between the gear ring to be engaged and the engaging sleeve. The operating steps are similar to shifting between adjacent gears, but based on different speed analysis principles. To simplify operation and avoid gear clash, a synchronizer can be installed in the transmission's shifting mechanism. An inertia synchronizer ensures that the engaging sleeve and the spline gear ring to be engaged do not make contact before synchronization is achieved, thereby preventing gear clash.
