By accessing this portal or submitting requests to our export agents, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all buyers, dealerships, and visitors browsing ChiNovex.

2. Automotive Sourcing & Specifications

All vehicle specifications, configuration parameters, prices, and inventory availability listed on this website are for informational purposes only. We strive to maintain absolute precision using translation systems and manual reviews, but do not warrant that all specifications are error-free.

Formal pricing and equipment lists are finalized exclusively within the Sales Agreement executed prior to shipment.

3. Payment & Pricing Terms

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all vehicle pricing displayed is in **USD (United States Dollars)** on a FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) basis.

Transactions are finalized via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C) as specified in our invoices. Shipping schedules are secured only after verification of initial deposit payments.

4. Shipping, Customs, & Liabilities

ChiNovex coordinates vehicle mechanical inspection, export customs clearances, and ocean freight bookings. We are not liable for delayed shipping arrivals due to port congestions, ocean carrier schedules, or destination import customs reviews.

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring the selected vehicle meets the matching import compliance standards and emission regulations of their destination country.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, layout designs, translated text databases, brand classifications, and visual media displayed on ChiNovex are the property of our platform and protected under international copyright regulations.
