Improved driveshaft structure: The traditional slip yoke is replaced by an integrally welded spline shaft and driveshaft tube:
This design not only enhances strength but also uses large pressure angle involute short-tooth splines to accommodate high torque conditions. Nylon material is coated on the surface of the spline shaft and slip yoke tube, improving wear resistance and self-lubrication, reducing impact load damage to the driveshaft, and enhancing its buffering capacity. Additionally, a tubular sealing boot and polyurethane rubber oil seal are added, creating a completely sealed space within the slip yoke to prevent sand, dust, and corrosion. During assembly, only grease application is required, eliminating the need for grease nipples and reducing maintenance.
