Liuzhou Wuling New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liuzhou Wuling New Energy"), established in June 2021, is a holding subsidiary formed by Guangxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuling Group) through the integration of its new energy vehicle business, with its headquarters in Liuzhou, Guangxi. Its parent company's history can be traced back to the Liuzhou Machinery Factory, established in 1928. It subsequently underwent multiple transformations and advancements, including periods as a power machinery factory, a tractor manufacturer, a mini-vehicle producer, and a diversified group operation. Inheriting Guangxi Automobile Group's many years of professional vehicle manufacturing experience, Liuzhou Wuling New Energy actively develops its new energy vehicle business, covering mini-trucks, medium vans, mini-vans, and micro-trucks, serving various logistics industry application scenarios, while also further expanding into the passenger vehicle sector. The company independently developed the "Lingqing" Super Linear Hybrid System, the "Lingyu" Intelligent Driving System, and the "Lingnuo" IoV (Internet of Vehicles) Platform. It possesses a CNAS national accredited laboratory and holds core technologies with independent intellectual property rights. On October 28, 2021, the company established and completed a new energy vehicle production base in Liuzhou, with a total investment of CNY 2.469 billion, covering an area of 824 mu, equipped with advanced production processes such as welding, painting, and general assembly. Based on intelligence, green practices, and environmental protection, it features platform-based and highly flexible characteristics, establishing a comprehensive intelligent connected manufacturing model, with a production capacity of 40 JPH (200,000 vehicles annually). Liuzhou Wuling New Energy's sales network has covered the entire country, and its products are also exported to overseas markets such as Japan, Europe, and the United States.
